Managing music and pictures using OSX and Windows 7

Good morning everyone,

I am a bit confuse on how I should manage my files. Advice would be appreciated and then I can make up my mind on what I want to do...

I currently have a Windows 7 machine using a 120GB SSD(OS and software) and second HDD (data files (music and pictures))

I also have a Macbook pro with a 120GB SSD.

I currently use that macbook pro for dance courses, so we use iTunes.

I would like to buy an iMac 27 also.

So this is it. I would like to know if anyone is using that kind of setup and where are the files and how do you manage them if there is a PC in the environment.
