JK Rowling has announced that her new novel The Casual Vacancy will be published on September 27.

In the publication announcement, the first details of the book's plot were confirmed.

Not my type of book at all, but I'll still probably read it. Rowling has proven to be such a terrific writer--I love how she can weave a story together.

Title is somewhat misleading, my first thought was, "What the hell?" "A pornographic novel?" A novel for adults, as opposed to an "adult" novel!

I only bothered clicking, because I thought that once in a while a proper erotic novel would get released by a writer that has actual skills...

Not saying there aren't good erotic novels, but IMHO - I personally - have to seek for them.
