Apple to replace my iPhone 4 (16GB) due to battery life

Hey so I have been experiencing battery issues with my iPhone 4 lately. The battery wasn't holding its charge with minimal usage, even with notifications turned off, bluetooth, wifi, etc. So its been about a month since I first reported the problem to Apple and today they arranged a replacement phone for me. Pretty happy I bought the extended warranty right now, haha. They were pretty good to deal with.

Apple support is usually pretty good.

When the iPad3 came out, I pre-ordered and had it available on the going live day, next day I rang up to enquire about student discount, it only saved me ?10 and I'd have to cancel and reorder so I said not bother, got home later and noticed my order had being cancelled!!! I was a bit mad, so I reordered then complained, the person I rang said they'd knock ?50 off the new order, after the call, she sent me her personal apple email to get in touch with if wasn't happy and 2 weeks later my ipad came and I got the ?50 refund, I was left pretty satisfied.
