HTC Sync Manager and HTC EVO 4G LTE

So I've built a library of music in my HTC Sync Manager and I want to sync it to the phone. HTC Sync Manager successfully recognizes my EVO 4G LTE, but I can't sync music for some reason.

As you can see, the option to move the slider to "On" for Music is grayed out. Clicking Sync does absolutely nothing. If you need any more info, just let me know! I really want to solve this problem!
