Hum Posted July 17, 2012 Share Posted July 17, 2012 BOISE -- Police say a 45-year-old transient man will face one charge of sexual abuse of a child under the age of 16-years-old after asking a young girl to watch him masturbate in public at a retail store near the 100 block of Myrtle Street. Boise Police officers arrested 45-year-old Erik N. Miller around 10 p.m. on Sunday. They say Miller reportedly propositioned several adult women for sex, and then began approaching other women and suggesting they watch him touch himself. Officers who responded to the incident say they watched Miller approach a girl who was younger than 16-years-old. "You can't proposition any child for sexual contact," said Boise Police Spokesman Chuck McClure.
