So it supports Youtube, some Google Play streaming stuff, and streaming from a mobile device. That's it. Seems pretty lame actually.

Might as well just hook up your phone directly to the TV or stereo and you have the same thing, minus the weird black ball.

There are already several hacks for it. When Google announced this, the speaker said it was designed to be hacked and modded. So there may not be much for it now, but there will be if it becomes popular.
