Yeah but if right wingers get their way, being gay would probably wind up being illegal. Hell, having anal sex is still illegal in some states here in the US. Meh, whatever the show is going to bomb anyways, hardly any new shows make it these days unless it's a reality show (read: crap) or something with some big name in it. And even then that doesn't mean the show will make it.

They're just mad that they can't have any, on account of the stick taking up all the room...

I wish people would be "desensitised"... folks are way too easily offended these days.

As for this.. hate to break it to these people, but if your kid is straight, no amount of shows like this are going to turn them gay. Just like no amount of "wholesome family" shows are going to turn a gay person straight.

If you want to think being gay is a problem, you're entitled to that opinion, but this certainly isn't the way to "fix" it. Idiots.
+1. Couldn't have said it better myself.

I support everyone's right to protest and hold this organisation to account on their actions and beliefs.

If you believe in freedom you can't just support those who believe as you do. You have to apply the same rights to everyone.

I do apply the same rights to everyone. Protesting isn't denying rights. Protesting is an accepted way to hold someone to account on their beliefs while simultaneously allowing them to form and broadcast those beliefs. No rights are denied as a result of protest.

What do you mean by support? I believe I should support those I disagree with in ensuring they have a right to voice their opinion, but I don't believe I have to support them by accepting their opinion; I just have to accept that they have the right to that opinion, which is what I have always done.

I don't know about anyone else.. But, this kinda thing compels me to watch it just to **** off whoever is trying to take it down. Groups like this try to use drama producing language just to say they aren't going to watch it..Well ok then, thanks for the news! This crap with religious or conservative organizations having such power over what advertisers do or don't do is getting ridiculous. Be it the OMM or the PTC, it needs to stop. If advertisers stop bowing to the whims of these groups then all they can do is whine.

Show sounds like **** but I like your idea!
