No, its called doing what you can to avoid Apple. Samsung is just removing this feature until the issues are resolve with Apple or until they redesign the feature to avoid Apple. Smart move on Samsung's part but I am sure Apple will find something else to bitch about.

Should of just labeled the update correctly tho. I am sure Samsung will issue a statement,
