If I remember correctly, I've heard some people call her in a shortened name: Liz.

Just "queen". But adressing her personally you would need to use your majesty.

Speaking officially, when meeting her, you would address her as "Your Majesty" and from then on just as "Ma'm"

To be honest she does have a job, she's pretty good at showing the world how incredibly British Britain is. Oh and although I'm not a huge fan of the Queen, I cannot turn my head to the studies showing that she brings tons more money to Britain because of tourism compared to the amount of tax money that she actually uses.
