Krome
Demonoid, one of the world's biggest torrent sites, was taken down by a massive Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack last week. Now, the demonoid.me domain has started redirecting to random bogus sites. Does this mean Demonoid is gone for good? This DNS forwarding does not look like a hacker's doing. Looks more like a big government taking action against the site. I have yet to see any news relating this massive torrent site. What do you guys think about the DDoS-ing? Was it a work of script-kiddies? Source: ZDNet
Tom
I suspect it was either government or hackers paid by Hollywood after deciding to take matters into their own hands.

Thanks for the heads up, I didn't know that. But then I don't really use bittorrent any more, so...
