Share your File Explorer Mock-ups

Ribbon Explorer in Windows 8 was a great feature, I love it so much since the developer preview. I've seen some Windows 8 RTM leaked screenshots, the UI in RP was pretty but the RTM's UI is horrible. Microsoft did great work when using Metro design language in Windows Phone and Windows 8 Metro Apps, but Microsoft didn't implement Metro entirely in to the desktop environment, they create a mess in desktop. Metro use white text on colored textured background, Aero use crystal icons, transparent effect, light sky blue background with black text. The RTM desktop was 1/4 Aero and 3/4 Metro, and that isn't as beautiful as the RP theme. The ribbon explorer is affected too, it becomes uglier. So I came up with some idea that redesign the explorer UI layout, make it more Metro and friendlier with touch and non-touch devices users. This is just a mockup and I'd love to hear from you how is it and I'd love to see your mock-ups, too.
