Anyone noticing this? tested this on IE10, Chrome Dev and Firefox Aurora and still the same. I did not connect Outlook to Facebook or any other social networking accounts. Or does this green bar have a function?

Yeah, when I first spotted it I had to do a double-take. The Windows Live Messenger / Steam method of changing the colour of the surrounding box is a lot more intuitive and better visually.
