If you want to start one, then go right a head. Everyone knows that Motorola has not been doing so well and that there are always layoffs with mergers. But it is different with Apple since they keep on making record breaking profits year after year regardless of how the economy has been doing.

God forbid they should have to spend some of their billions in petty cash in keeping hard working front line employee's on. It's not as if these guys play a big role in promoting Apple to the user base, after all... :rolleyes:.

I guess they figure that the rich should get richer and the poor should get poorer. Status quo and all.
