Need to register an SSL Certificate for Exchange 2010, do I need a UCC? And what domains should I register with it. I am thinking the following domains need to be registered

Internal: srv-exch01.tlddomain.us
autodiscover.tlddomain.us
srv-exch01.domain.com
audodiscover.domain.com

External: mail.tlddomain.us
autodiscover.tlddomain.us
mail.domain.com
autodiscover.domain.com

Would that be accurate?

Edit: I have (2) domains that the Exchange routes for, E-mail primary domain is "domain.com" and DNS/AD Domain is "tlddomain.us"

Thanks guys.

IMO auto discover is a must. Internal domain sure. 1 external is just fine. You can have exchange auto redirect to the parent company Owa URL.
