Flash video in IE9 won't display on some sites (Not on neowin)

I use Chrome and IE9. But recently Video won't even show in IE9. I mean the actual whole video UI will not show. It's like there was not video at all (Just unused blank space). I updated to the latest flash and I also used the 11.4 version and I still have the same issue. I disabled HW acceleration and I cleared my setting and reset IE9. I just reformatted my computer and installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit version and still the same issue. The same went for Windows 8 RP and Windows 8 RTM enterprise using IE10. Chrome in both OSes played video fine on all sites. I use nVidia graphics on a GTX560ti card. Nothing was different between the Windows Certified driver and the latest beta driver. Anyone know what's causing this?
