Day Care Workers Admit to Duct-Taping Boy to Floor Mat

COVINGTON, KY ?- Two former day care workers admitted to duct-taping a boy to a floor mat.

Alicia Lyons,20, and Justina Rogers,19, changed their pleas Thursday and pleaded guilty to criminal abuse charges.

Police said Lyons confessed to restraining the 18-month-old boy in an effort to make him go to sleep.

Mustard Seeds Day Care had its license suspended in January.

Both women will be sentenced Sept. 25.
