IE 10 and Neowin.net

Using Win8 RP Build 8400 and IE10 desktop. I am signed in to Neowin.

When clicking on links, it loads "https://platform.twitter.com/widgets/fol" twice in the history back button. I have to click back 3 times to get back to front page. Anyone else experiencing this issue?
