I'm sure many of you guys out here have your own file servers at home. Does anyone know a good solution (preferably that will run on both Win and Mac) for syncing data in a watched folder to your file server? A roll-your-own Dropbox, type deal - if that makes more sense.

Why roll your own? Just use dropbox, install the client on the server. There you go now you have data on your devices and your server and in the cloud.
