Animated GIF Library

Hi,

I have a set of 24 images (individual frames if you will) that I would like to convert to a GIF. They all have a transparent background and I like to keep it that way.

I am looking for a .NET Library that can do this. I don't mind paying for one if the desired result is of good quality (As close to what Ulead GIF Animator produces) and does it fast (As fast as Ulead GIF Animator can do it)!

Any help would be appreciated. I read somewhere that DirectX can do this but I fall short on DirectX or anything to do with graphics coding!
