Saturday 8th September 2012:

Went to pick up my niece from pre-school.

Got there early, so I sat down on a lawn bench and lit a cigarette.
From within the classroom, came the restrain:

The wheels on the bus go 'round and 'round, 'round and 'round, 'round and 'round.
The wheels on the bus go 'round and 'round,
All through the town.

Since then, I can't get that song out of my head.

I have tried the following:
-Listening to (loud) music on my phone for three hours.
-Watching "Predator".
-Going to a bar with friends and listening to rap music (which is mostly what they play).
-Watching "Dancing In The Rain"

It goes away while I'm doing these things, but returns with a vengeance.

It's been three days...

It's not like I haven't hear this song before. I hear it all the time.
What the **** was different this time?

I've had this problem before, but it never lasted this long.
Must be old age.

Happens to me, I have to concentrate on not thinking about it the second it enters my head for about a day, then my subconscious takes over without me realizing it, its gone. Its worse if ive been drinking though, drives me nuts at night especially, sometimes a sentence a news reporter decides to loop over and over

Well it's not there all the time, but it's my "go to" tune, and I always find myself humming it whenever I'm humming :p

the lyrics for the face 2 face song are even wierder:

Died for death, rise and fall
Get your freak on, standing tall
One more try, to get you, standing by
Face to face died for death
What you see is what you get
There's nowhere till we stop to command
