Outlook Spam filtering

Question

With my outlook email I have been getting a lot of emails with the word 'extreme' in the title. Is it at all possible to put some sort of filter on in outlook so that it will automatically move these emails into my junk folder?

Thanks,

HC

Sure you can create whatever rules you want in outlook. But spam filtering on the client is not really the correct to be filtering spam. Should be filtered on the server, so client never sees it at all. And best that server never even accepts it in the first place. If server accepts the email, the bandwidth, server workload battle is already lost.

Technically its my work email... and these emails happen to be coming from my employers as they are company wide... So I can't really block them at the server level, I just want to filter it out so they don't pop up so often. How do I do this?

Actually you can make server rules that will process without Outlook being open (I use these to move messages to subfolders so they won't sync with ActiveSync to my mobile device) and client-only rules in Outlook (Outlook must be open to process, they will have show Client-Only in the rules) if your copmpany is running Exchange.
