Pixelated/Less Sharp video playback problem

Hello all.

Got a new graphics card, the ASUS 7770 Direct Cooler edition, connected it to my 23 LED Samsung Display which is HDMI-ready with an HDMI cable, now for some reason the edges and overall quality of the video is degraded, it's like not sharp and noisy and pixelated around the edges.

I tried to capture a frame of it but of course it's more apparent while in motion.

I changed the cable to DVI-to-HDMI and still the same problem, I have the latest AMD updates too.

Does anyone know how to fix this ?

Yup, 1920 x 1080.

The previous card which was a Sapphire 4770 didn't have this problem!

CCC > Video Quality Settings > Disable all the auto enhancements - I find them to ruin the picture rather than improve it
