Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 - What a Piece of Junk

6 posts in this topic

OK so I had a $50.00 rewards certificate from BB that I had to use before it expired, so I got COD MW3. Being a Battlefield 3 player and a former COD MW2 player, this current release of MW really, really sucks. I find it confusing, the controls are not as reponsive as the once were. This is total garbage compared to previous COD releases.

I still can't believe I wasted $50.00 on this crap.

If anything, I found it to be nearly the same as MW2 and Black Ops. That was the big disappointment for me. Of course, don't even get me started on the problems plaguing BF3. Both these series really need to get their game together if I'm going to buy another.

Its still $50?

Yeah, and it's still 60 on steam which is a freakin rip. I was so disappointed after buying that game, BF3 is SO much better.

Yes, BF3 had its flaws, but its a much better game than COD. Gameplay, graphics, it's great.

pretty much. I bought it for 55$ on launch day. Turned around and sold it online 3 days later for 45$ because the store wanted to try and give me 20$ for it.

MW3 is MW2 with an update. They could have done EVERYTHING using MW2 that they did to MW3. The only people that think it's good are fanboys and are willing to pay money for trash. I don't care if you love the game series, it should have been a huge title update and not released as a new game.
