Language Pack for XP SP-3

A woman who cleans houses for a living was telling me that she purchased an used PC with XP SP-3 on it. She only speaks Spanish and the XP is in English.

Is there a way to change the language over to Spanish? I personally have never done this so I do not know if a language pack is needed or what. Any pointers in the right direction would help us a lot.
