It's nice, but it's not as unique as their designs usually are. Any good designer could've done this.

I think it looks pretty good. Nice to see they are redoing their whole corporate image around "Modern."

Hm, in a full-screen window on my 13" Macbook (1280 x 800) I see the Microsoft logo, the menu at the top and a massive splash banner overlaid with a Visual Studio tile.

I thought rule one of web design was to put the important stuff front and centre? Instead, I have to scroll down to get to the useful stuff.

I like the design, I'm just not sure it'll been properly thought out.
