Keyboard shortcut to switch modern ui apps to second monitor?

Is there a keyboard shortcut to switch a modern ui app running on one monitor to my second monitor?

With desktop apps I can Shift + Win Key + Left (or right) arrow key to move then but that key combo doesn't seem to work for modern ui apps.

Although slightly annoying I now need to remember two different keyboard shortcuts to do the same task.

Oh well, at least I can now do it I suppose.
