Anyway to install Chrome Extension if its Blacklisted by Admin?

Hi, I was using Chrome for the past month and it was fine. Till suddenly most of my Extensions were Blacklisted by my administrator.

Is there anyway to get around this to install Extension?

Now, why in all that is good and Holy, think you are above your administrator? If it's blocked, it's blocked with reason. Let him do his job.
