windows 8 'JET Exception' Error

I started the Windows this morning, and this error showed up

Can someone please explain it to me? WHat should I do with it? OK or CANCEL?

The means the JET/MSDAC DB is prolly corrupted.

That toold, did something. Whatever that was.

I only got it, the error, this morning, and then ran this software, and it hasn't appeared ever since.

Going through Bing, I found out that its pretty common, okay not that common, but still, in the consumer preview builds of 8.
