Found these on my couch at home... They're about the size of a grain of salt (the brown/black fluffy stuff it's on is the couch).

Looks like some kinda... bug? larva? Any ideas?

Found em where the cat sleeps a lot... -_-

Exactly. We had an outbreak a few months ago. Them little b@st@rds ate the sh*t out of us.
