Are you the lucky winner? A Mega Millions ticket was sold to one person in Hyannis but whoever it is has not yet come forward to claim the prize, the state lottery said.

The ticket is worth $30.5 million ? half of a $61 million jackpot that will be split with a second winner in Fresno, Calif., said Beth Bresnahan, spokeswoman for the Massachusetts State Lottery.

The winning ticket with the numbers 13-37-40-46-52 was sold at the AM/PM Convenience on 489 Bearses Way. The store will also get a $50,000 commission from the win, Bresnahan said.

An employee at AM/PM Convenience said the money will most likely be put toward the business. Store owner Paresh Patel was not available this afternoon, the employee said.

The winner must come to the state lottery headquarters in Braintree in order to claim the prize, and has up to one year from the drawing date to do so.
