The product listed below will now be available on November 2, 2012. And upon checking the web site (http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msca/en_CA/pdp/productID.257918700) it appears that it will not ship out for 1 - 2 weeks, where my original order stated "Pre-order now for delivery by 10/26." Due to an internal processing issue, we mistakenly sent you an email indicating the shipment date for your order had changed. That email was incorrect. Your expected shipping date has not changed.
