A Georgia woman who appeared topless in a "Girls Gone Wild" video when she was 14-years-old is suing the producers of the film, claiming the image was used commercially without her consent.

Lindsey Boyd - now a 26-year-old mother - was a minor 12 years ago when she says she was approached by two men with a video camera on a spring break trip to Florida offering her beads to expose her breasts. Boyd says she lifted her shirt and flashed them.

Those few seconds of video were later sold to the makers of "Girls Gone Wild," who released the video with her face plastered on the cover. Boyd said she never consented to the use of her image for commercial use and says she was exploited as a young teen.

After years of legal wrangling, Boyd's lawsuit against MRA Holding and Mantra Films will finally be heard Nov. 5 in Georgia's Supreme Court.

The image of the cover still haunts Boyd and says it ruined her life and reputation. Boyd says she found out about the video a few years later while in high school.

A 14 year old at spring break who flashes her ###### to strangers with a video camera... I doubt she had a very good reputation to begin with.

She waited far too long to complain -- boo hoo -- no sympathy here. Case dismissed.

Given that she's under the legal age to be in any form of pornographic material I'm frankly astonished that the film was allowed to be published anyway

you would think that the filmers would require written consent before/after the filming, no?

Usually yes, but it's not as if porn filmers are known for their ethical approach to business :p

did she look 14 though? Normally they ask people to sign a waiver to consent to the footage. I wonder if that happened or not. I wonder if she lied and said she was 18 if she was verbally asked.

Last time I checked there aren't many 14 year olds running around "those" types of springbreak areas, not to mention before/after girls are put on film they are required to sign release forms as well.

She brought this upon herself. Don't flash your **** if you don't want people to see.

If I whipped out my junk in public, I wouldn't be surprised to see it plastered anywhere. I'd just be like, " Welp, hope you learned from this **** up." :p

Yes, I don't dispute that what she did was silly but whether she lied about it or not, it's still illegal.

It's just that she didn't get paid, just a different way to complain as a prostitute.

Technically it's child porn if she was only 14 when she was filmed.

But it also seems to have occurred long enough ago that the Statute of Limitations is in effect, so criminal charges seem out so long as it isn't re-published. It remains to be seen if there is such a provision in the civil case.

Did I just get pulled into a time warp that took me back to the 18th century?

Why was she there any way. I bet she had a fake ID. But yeah she still under the age. Maybe she just found the photo right now and that is why she is suing.

She flashed in public, that's giving consent whether she realised it or not.

If anything, she could try suing for making child porn, and dissenimating it. Even then she wouldn't have much of a case.

She looks awful in the first picture anyway! She looks hot in the second one. She knew what she was doing. She is now trying to cash in. Raising a child is more expensive than she first thought!

Let me know about your feelings when your 14yr old flashes her ###### in front of a GGW producer. We can have a sitdown in this century.
