torrentthief
To install Windows 8 Pro, customers must be running Windows XP SP3, Windows Vista, or Windows 7. This is a digital download of windows 8 pro upgrade edition from microsoft, it costs just ?24.99, americans can get it for $39.99. Half the price of the DVD version of this :) http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msuk/en_GB/pdp/productID.257641900 We really need to get these digital downloads on the front page of neowin, we would save a lot of people a lot of money. Shadrack
Well, I got Windows 7 Home Premium upgrade last time for $30 with a student discount. They seem to have discontinued that this time around. Windows 8 seems OK but I'm going to save even moar money by skipping and going to Windows 9. But if I buy new PC hardware that comes with it, I'm not going to be a cry baby and fight it. I liked Windows 8 consumer preview, but don't find myself missing much when I went back to Windows 7. Probably the detailed task manager is what I find myself missing most.
