According to win8china, he started developing at 3(I was not in kindergarten at 3, OMG!), and had actually won some 'global prizes". :o

:) I live in a mostly Asian neighborhood (something like 1,000 Asians in my kid's school of ~ 1,300), and I've got to say that this isn't all that surprising (except for the starting at 3, that's just...WOW O.O)

My plan is to wallpaper my future kid's room with C++ code... hope it doesn't give him/her too many nightmares :p

I have to say, though, 3 years old is a stretch. It's pretty common to hear exaggerated stories like this come out of China. Even if true, probably a very simple language.
