You know the drill. I don't want to spend way too much cash, but up to 400 euros, should be alright. Noir Angel Posted November 7, 2012 Share Posted November 7, 2012 If you're going for contract the Galaxy S3 is the best phone there, if however you'll be paying for the phone upfront, most of the smartphones there under the $400 barrier aren't too great, but the best would probably be the Galaxy S advance, it has more RAM than the Galaxy S at 768 MB and can be easily rooted and updated to Android 4.1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
