RSS Feeds in MS Outlook 2010 and attatchments and or wallpaper

Hi,


I use MS Outlook 2010 and subscribe to several Science and wallpaper feeds. Is there any way to collect or save the attachments (wallpapers etc...) from these feeds altogether rather than going to each one and right clicking the image and saving the images one by one?
