Teacher Arrested for Public Masturbation, on Halloween

SAN LEANDRO, Calif. ?- A Livermore teacher was arrested on Halloween on indecent exposure charges for allegedly masturbating inside his car as he tried to get the attention of children trick or treating.

Alameda County Sheriff?s deputies responded to Mateo Street and Green Court in unincorporated San Leandro around 10:30 p.m. after receiving a report that a man was masturbating inside his vehicle while trying to get the attention of passing children who were trick or treating, said Alameda County Sheriff Department Sgt. J.D. Nelson.

Deputies arrived and appraoched Carlos Tellez inside his gold 1998 Mazda Prot?g?, as his pants were unzipped and pulled down to mid-thigh while his shirt was pulled up to his mid-chest, Nelson added.

He had been placed under citizen's arrest by a passer-by, and was detained without incident.

Tellez told deputies he was trying to relax after a stressful day of teaching, authorities said.

Tellez worked for the Livermore Valley Charter Preparatory as an art teacher.

Given that it's a feeling and not science it can't be a theory. ;) But yeah someone could find it a turn on. I've known a few in the past who have.
