My Verizon Wireless Apple IPhone 5 is connected to IPV6!

Today I just noticed something on my Verizon Wireless Apple IPhone 5 that previously did NOT occur when connecting it through the 4G LTE Personal Hotspot to Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.8: Today it has BOTH an IPV4 AND AN IPV6 address assigned to it! :-)
