Looks terrible but I wouldn't expect anything less given that this is the guy responsible for The Day After Tomorrow and 2012.

Roland Emmerich name is like a "sucky movie" stamp of approval.

So i'm joining this topic kinda late.

I saw Olympus few weeks ago and it was a nice movie. When i heard there is another movie like this i was kinda surprised. Dont see the need or the place for two movies about basically the same thing.

According to the trailers Olympus looked better.

But i'll watch it anyway :D

It depends on the movie really. Movies like star trek or superman are worth watching in the cinema. Others are probably not.

Last film I saw in the cinema was Freddy vs Jason, I just love my set up at home

Ye I guess that if you have a great setup at home then it's cool. Just a matter of waiting for the film.

I still prefer to watch big movies in the cinema and the rest at home.

I used to live in Amsterdam few years back and the cinema there had a deal of a monthly subscription and you can watch all the movies you want during the month, no limits.

I think Hollywood needs to start paying me to watch their movies.

All movies that goes beyond the norm visiually and sonically are worth watching in theater. Avatar, Tron Legacy, Life of Pi, etc ...

I wish i had seen Life of Pi in theater. I have a great home set up but this is really a movie that was worth watching on a bigger screen.

God i hate Chaning Tatum. Did this guy play a big role in a good movie once in his life?

When i see Tatum name i run like if my life was in danger. His name screams bad movie to me.
