Original Poster Posted November 8, 2012 Share Posted November 8, 2012 I am using mono on ubuntu and I have hit a snag.... forms.... how do I get them to work ? do not tell me to google it I have already I am not sure what I am actually looking for in this... firey Posted November 8, 2012 Share Posted November 8, 2012 Uhm.. Mono comes with it's own forms. You CANNOT modify pre-existing windows forms.. forms.. in Mono. If you want to change them you either have to do it by hand (modify the .cs files directly), or recreate them using the Mono Forms (which is modeled after the Android style forms (horizontal / vertical layouts, to which you put in controls)).
