The device or the newer OS build? The story is basically about there being a newer build of the OS out. The retail build we get on new phones now is 8.0.9903. The above shows that they're up to 8.0.10141, which looks like a big jump between the two so it can't just be a minor update.

Still, in the leaked images of a Nokia Lumia 920 seen above, a development device running Windows Phone 8 OS build 10141 is somewhat interesting. Currently, the retail version of Windows Phone 8 that is on the market is 9903.


why you just posted the images from the article is beyond me. with at least this quote I can understand what the article is making a deal about
