Some of my relatives told me it better be worth it. I have searched the Internet for these exact turkeys but could not find much information. Now I regret it a bit that I spent that much money on this turkey. I hope it tastes great and it's juicy when it's cooked. I buy kosher meats, not because I'm a religious Jew, but because they taste the best. Unfortunately they are much more expensive than other meats, but at least I know that they are forbidden by Jewish dietary law from doing anything funky to it (it is totally organic), if they did, then it just wouldn't really be considered kosher meat. If you went to return it, in some states it has to be thrown out because of possible tampering of the product. Sure you would get your money back, but the turkey would be wasted. If something is inedible then I'll throw it away, but if it just isn't all that great I'll still eat it. In either case, I make a mental note not to buy it again and move on. I also don't understand the idea of going for organic/bio food over the other stuff, but at the same time I appreciate that other people have different thoughts on the subject. I know it sounds like I'm being combative, but I just didn't know how else to put it. It's not meant to be rude, just curious as to what you actually mean by it.
