What I want to know is why he got suspended for something he did on his own time and out of uniform..

He didn't get suspended for doing it. He got suspended for the video of it leaking online. If you do something that embarrasses your employer, expect consequences.

Yeah, but he didn't embarrass his employers. If were in uniform then so be it. If he was on the clock, then so be it.

He is entitled to do whatever he wants when he is off the clock :\

As a human it's disgusting.. It just doesn't seem to be the domain of his employer to be punishing him..
