Coupon in Lightbox - How is it done?

If you visit there you will see a coupon pop up in a nice light box. I would like to know how I can create similar for our website.

Thank you very much but the only thing these do not have is auto load. We would like the coupon to pop-up automatically once the page is loaded

You have to add onload function to your script..
