tmg TMG 2010: a real substitute is needed!

So..

since TMG 2010 is still available for buying until the end of this month (MS dropped TMG and until the end of this month you can still buy it with support until 2020; after November 2012 the product is officially discontinued), i want to know if anybody knows some real alternatives that do:

- publish Exchange (OWA).

- publish Sharepoint.

- VPN.

and:

- must be same price range as TMG (i could use Juniper, Checkpoint but those are way too costly for small business)

So this is the challenge: TMG is a great product that comes cheap; i've been querying vendors for some alternatives and they exist but come with a hefty price tag, that most of the small business i know can't afford it. Also UAG isn't a alternative, so no.

so.. any ideas?
