Photoshop - Create A Name Made Out Of Butterflies

Hello, an uncle of mine is sick with cancer an I want to create something nice for him to lift his spirits.

When I was in NY and also in Orlando I have seen artists create peoples name on a small canvas made out of the shape of butterflies and flowers. In other words each letter in the name was in the shape of a butterfly and it was amazing that something like an E was a butterfly shape.

Is it possible in Photoshop to do this? I have been looking for shapes and fonts of butterflies to create his name but so far had found zip. I am sure this must exist. Perhaps I am not performing my search correctly? I do not know what you would call this.
