Hi, I've had to RMA a Vertex 2 because it appears to be dead.

I sent it to OCZ on Tuesday, they had it Wednesday morning and now it's Saturday.

Other than the fact that they've received it, there's no change on the RMA tracking.

Anyone had to deal with their RMA system in the UK before and if so, how long did you have to wait before you had your new drive sent?

Expect at least a week or two for any manufacturer's RMA process. They normally get 100 items a day that they have to fix.
