winxp Installing Windows MCE 2005 (with re-install disc) on 64 BIt XP PRO

I like the Windows Movie Maker (2.5) that came with my 32 bit Dell Windows XP PRO Media Center Edition 2005. I have the original re-install disc. I need to replace my computer and I want to keep using XP Pro for my desktop system. I'm going to buy a refurbished one - most likely a 64 Bit Dell. My concern is whether I'll be able to install the MCE 2005 on a 64 Bit XP Pro machine. All Windows Media Center Edition 2005 computers were 32 Bit. I can't find any info on the Net to answer this question: Once again, can I install Windows Media Center 2005 using my original Dell Media Center 2005 re-install disc (which came with my original XP Pro Dimension XPS 410 desktop - on a different and newer 64 bit XP Pro Dell computer (like an Optiplex). Will it work?

Sure, you can install 32Bit Windows XP on a newer PC. But, you won't be able to take advantage of any more than 4 GB of RAM. If you have more than that, it will go to waste.
