no ? lol if she distributed them then i would say yes... but dont think you can really sexually exploit your self :p

Actually you can get charged with making child pornography by taking your own pictures. American laws...

If convicted on the child exploitation charge, Rusk could face six to 20 years in prison.
I understand it's wrong, but six to twenty years in prison? That's about the same penalty as for homicide to various degrees. What's really sick IMO is the level of paranoïa and irrationalism regarding minors and sexuality. On the one hand they have sex in primary school today and no one seems to mind, but own a picture of a 17-year old tit and you're judged essentially as a murderer.

how so ? didnt she just have them on her phone and they got taken off her ? and her mother uploaded them isnt her mother the one who stole and distributed them? I might be missing something from the article :p but yes taking advantage of the laws as a kids is great when I was in high school I used to run a website which posted laws and what they meant teachers cannot do and what the kids can do! I read through the whole human rights act ....I was one of those kids! mwahaha

ya she took nude photos of herself to look at later. She didn't take them with the intentions to send them to someone.

While I don't care for her action, I really hope she beats the charges. I'd happily donate to that defense fund, though I bet it never gets that far. The exploitation and pornography charges are just ridiculous, sounds more like this Pinkard pig is just a meddlesome ass looking for some limelight.

Oh, don't worry Pinky, I'll be sure to report any illegal activity on FB pronto. /s

no it don't. I remember watching something on tv where a 14 yr old boy and girl were dating. She sent a pic of her boobs to him and hes now on the registered sex offenders list for life.

and the worst thing, if she sent the pic to him without him asking, he's still in trouble! talk about a way to set someone up!

then the girl is just as stupid as the mom. After all the leak photos going on in the world what kind of brain dead girl leaves nude photos on their phone.

Yes. A stupid mistake by a teenager is exactly the same as an adult, a the mother, no less, posting those photots. derp.
