iTunes album slider

Apple in there endless quest to make the interface simpler by removing everthing useful, seem to have removed the album slider from the top of the new iTines, does anybody know how I get it back, and can I disample the new search.

If you mean Cover Flow, that's gone.
(My humble opinion is that it wasn't a very stellar feature and never blended in well, meh, but of course some really do miss it so I'm sorry for anyone who does)

As for the old search, I heard you have to press Enter and get the full size list of search results back or so.

That was the only thing I liked about iTunes when I used it a long time ago.
I actually thought that would be even more enhanced seeing is touch screen is so big now.
That feature would have been quite slick on a tablet.

Well, the Store still has a variation of that view (on the top of each category for example).

And I'm not so sure about the efficiency of it.
It's nice to look it, that's for sure, but I can skim a list of thumbnails much much quicker and not potentially miss a couple of entries like with Cover Flow.
